I'm Alessandro Richard. I build software and AI solutions, I help organisations put rules and controls around the AI they use, and I teach how to work with it without losing control. In Italy I'm also a consultant for workplace safety, food safety, data protection, ISO management systems and corporate liability models.

Compliance at 365 degrees
Plenty of people write software and plenty of people do compliance consulting. It is unusual to find both in one person: someone who acts as health and safety officer, writes risk assessments and food safety manuals, serves as DPO, audits ISO management systems, builds corporate liability models, and also writes the programs that keep all of this in order.
That is what I do for organisations in Italy. The software is written by the person who then signs the documents and answers for the inspections. I have always written programs, and the presidio365 programs are my own work, built on processes I know as a consultant. It is the same background I bring to software and AI projects abroad.

- One lead, separate rolesFor the same client, the roles the law wants independent stay separate: a DPO must not have a conflict of interests (Article 38(6) GDPR), the supervisory body stays independent of whoever wrote the model, and a third-party auditor does not certify an organisation they advise.
